With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I bring a results-driven, personalized approach to helping clients achieve their health and performance goals. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
As a retired military veteran, I understand the importance of discipline, structure, and resilience—qualities that I integrate into every aspect of my coaching. During my service, I developed and led a base-wide fitness initiative at Scott Air Force Base, reaching and impacting over 3,000 personnel across all levels of fitness.
My mission is to provide expert guidance, tailored programming, and ongoing support to help you build lasting strength, improve overall health, and unlock your full potential.
